The paint industry: producers and retailers

The retailers partnership, a network made up of 550 retailers, forms the core of the recovery system that initially consisted of RONA, Réno Dépôt, Coop fédérée and Matériaux à bas prix chains of stores and to which were added over the years Groupe Patrick Morin, a number of BMR stores and the Home Dépôt  and Canac Marquis chains. Most of these retailers’ places of business provide facilities for the collection of paint residues in their original containers, and this at no charge.
